INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING

We offer a wide array of instructor led trainings from experienced and certified subject matter experts. In addition to providing training, our staff provides:

  • Curriculum Development
  • Course Material Development
  • Student Registration, Course Management, and Student Certification

Curriculum Development

While many of our DHS-sponsored trainings have required curriculum that instructors must follow in order to certify attendees, our staff works hard to customize each training in order to meet the needs and interests of the audience. Working closely with the site representatives, our subject matter experts carefully craft exercises and additions to the core curriculum of a course to that will keep the audience engaged and continuously learning. Our staff’s real world experience also plays a key role in instructor-led trainings that we offer as they focus on applying real world situations and examples to the core curriculum of each training.

Curriculum Material Development

Our staff will provide any and all applicable training material and additional material for student exercises. We develop all PowerPoint and presentation materials in addition to providing a CD at the conclusion of the training that will contain any and all applicable training documents.

Course Management and Student Certification

We assist site representatives with course management and student certification. Our staff will help site representatives through the lifecycle of the training process. We will help develop promotional materials for the course, coordinate the location of a site that will have adequate supplies and classroom material, prepare the required documentation to obtain necessary approval and certification for the training, and coordinate the schedule of the class. Our certified instructors will then assist in follow-up and closeout activities by providing the training attendance list to appropriate organizations for official completion certificates that will be forwarded to the site representatives.
