Gerald Iverson

Financial Officer

Mr. Gerald Iverson joined Lafayette Group in September 2014.  He brings over eighteen years of finance and accounting management experience to the team including prior roles managing contracts for mid-sized to large government contractors with revenues from $23M to $60M providing information technology, system engineering, staffing, and military family support services.  As a former accounting manager and controller, he has extensive experience in the daily management of accounting and financial operations including but not limited to payroll, payables, receivables, general ledger, fixed assets, and contracts.  His experience extends also to small business consulting as well as systems implementation, maintenance, and analysis.

As a member of Lafayette Group, Mr. Iverson assists in providing contract administration and accounting management.  He supports the monitoring and administration of all contracts and contract obligations, as well as managing financial operations of the company.  He is responsible for assisting in developing corporate and project budgets and analysis, preparing monthly financial analysis and reports, providing project planning, reporting and analysis, and assisting the company to meet contract deliverables.
