Lafayette Group Wins Grant to Train Police on Countering Violent Extremism

Lafayette Group will support the National Consortium for Advanced Policing and Major Cities Chiefs in the development and delivery of national training on Countering Violent Extremism (CVE). The program, funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), will include training for law enforcement agencies in major cities across the country and the development of a CVE Program Implementation Guide. Lafayette Group previously supported the National Consortium for Advanced Policing on CVE-related curriculum development for both Los Angeles and DHS.
