Rebecca Stabile


Prior to joining Lafayette Group, Rebecca Stabile worked as a researcher at the National Institute of Justice, helping to build a compendium of knowledge under the Comprehensive School Safety Initiative. She also assisted on various research projects as a contractor with Justice Research Statistics Association, covering topics of victimization and drug trends, as well as assisting with a research initiative examining the efficacy of Baltimore Drug Courts conducted by Choice Research Associates. During this time, Ms. Stabile was completing her M.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland, where her research focused on victim responses to domestic violence and sexual assault. She also holds a B.A. in psychology from the Pennsylvania State University with a focus on social psychology. 

At Lafayette Group, Ms. Stabile supports the United States Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Emergency Communications (OEC) on the Statewide Communication Interoperability Plan (SCIP).
